At 7 PM Store, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Products returned without original packaging and accessories.
Change-of-mind returns after the return period has expired.
Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
